Lauren's approach is to find the system or method that works best for each individual case. Everyone is different! She uses the classical method as a base and expands that with the MICH method with studies from many notable modern homeopaths including Sankaran, Loutan, Vermeulen, and Scholten. The soul is the centre of our being and to be able to match a remedy to that level is a very valuable experience as healing then radiates outwards to every part of our being and lives.
TCM 5 element theory
Holistic support includes tools for body systems or functions that are weak or need support, as well as information on nutrition, lifestyle, and other health techniques. Practical and simple information matching the skill level and interest of the person for mindfulness, meditation, and exercise is also suggested, all of which are proven to lower stress and improve energy levels.

This method is a unique approach using HTSF complexes for basic acute or chronic concerns. Each complex is a combination of several remedies. They were designed to promote health, to maintain chronic conditions from worsening over time, and to support acute health issues in order to reduce suffering and reduce the necessity for invasive, harmful or expensive treatments.
In this way, this method was precisely intended for regions where people don't have easy access to medical treatments, where treatments are unaffordable, and where it is preferred to use safer, more natural methods. Because of its ecological and economic aspects, it also contributes to sustainable development in communities.

These three approaches are best used conjointly and collaboratively. All three branches used together provide a more comprehensive system to support health and are the basis of a holistic treatment. My training focuses on the first and second branch and working with other professionals specializing in the third branch.
Homeopathy, a way back to health
"I know there is something not quite right!"
As a holistic practitioner and homeopath, it is always possible to work with a person who has the 'feeling' that something is off, or who does not feel well. It is not necessary to have referrals or a formal diagnosis.
What to expect?
A session is either a 1/2 hour session, a 1 hour follow up session or the initial session that is 1 1/2 hours.
As well as suggesting homeopathic remedies, other methods are available to improve one's health such as meditation, body awareness, lifestyle changes and various supports.
How often are appointments?
Usually there are one or two sessions to explore the best course of action and then follow up sessions every 4 to 5 weeks. In some cases, weekly or bimonthly sessions are preferred. When a healthy balance is regained, sessions can be once in a while to check in or whenever a situation arises and the person would like further support.
How long will the whole process take?
This can depend on how long you have felt unwell or 'off' and whether there are physical symptoms or functional changes within the body and for how long. Some issues may be resolved in a matter of days, other cases might take longer. Everyone's needs are different.
Are there side-effects?
Since homeopathic remedies (and some of the supports) are not chemically based there is no forcing, stopping or suppressing natural processes. Often a remedy is only taken once to provide the necessary signal and the body does the rest naturally. This approach supports the body to heal and restore healthy functions naturally.
Who can try homeopathy?
Homeopathy is safe for everyone. A homeopathic remedy as well as many of the suggested supports can be taken by children, babies, pregnant women, adults of any age, and by those currently taking pharmaceutical medications or undergoing medical treatments.
